Information – Parents
Wayne State University and California State University San Marcos researchers will be conducting an
evaluation of the Best Food Forward programming to better understand its impact on health and how to
improve the program. You and your child (3 rd , 5 th or 8 th grades only) may be asked to provide valuable
feedback and information about the program if selected for the evaluation. If you do not want to have
your child participate in the evaluation please contact Dr. Rachael Dombrowski at 760-750-4296 or
rdombrowski@csusm.edu by May 12, 2023. For more information on the evaluation please see the
letter attached.
