We just wanted to let you know that Dearborn Public Schools is launching a survey and planning public meetings to gather public feedback on infrastructure needs in the district and whether residents would support a vote for a bond or other tax millage to pay to fix those needs.
District residents can attend any of meetings to learn more about infrastructure needs and financing and to share their thoughts with district officials. Meetings are set for:
- Tuesday, April 26 at 5 p.m. at Dearborn High in the cafeteria
- Wednesday, April 27 at 5 p.m. at Fordson High School in the cafeteria
- Thursday, April 28 at 6 p.m. via a virtual meeting broadcast on the district’s YouTube channel and Facebook with the opportunity to submit questions online. Residents can also attend in the boardroom at the Administrative Service Center, 18700 Audette.
Residents can also fill out an online Google Form (or scan the qr code) to share what they see as the top infrastructure needs in the district and how the district should fund the work.
The purpose of the meeting will be to:
Update- Current status on facility needs planning
Learn- District history, school finance, and various funding methods
Share- Information about the Vision for Infrastructure & Planning Committee
Provide- Ideas that may possibly address infrastructure needs

الأربعاء ٢٧ نيسان/ أبريل الساعة ٥ مساءً في مدرسة فوردسون الثانوية في الكافتيريا
الخميس ٢٨ نيسان/ أبريل الساعة 6 مساءً عبر اجتماع افتراضي يتم بثه على قناة YouTube التابعة للمنطقة وعلى Facebook مع إتاحة الفرصة لطرح الأسئلة عبر الإنترنت. يمكن للمقيمين أيضًا الحضور في غرفة الاجتماعات في مركز الخدمات الإدارية ، ١٨٧٠٠ أودت.
يمكن للمقيمين أيضًا ملء نموذج Google عبر الإنترنت (أو مسح رمز الاستجابة السريعة) لمشاركة ما يرون أنه أهم احتياجات البنية التحتية في المنطقة وكيف يجب على المنطقة تمويل العمل.
الغرض من الاجتماع هو:
تحديث- الوضع الحالي للمنشأت يحتاج إلى التخطيط
تعلم- تاريخ المنطقة ، والتمويل المدرسي ، وطرق التمويل المختلفة
شارك- معلومات حول رؤية لجنة البنية التحتية والتخطيط
تقديم- أفكار قد تعالج احتياجات البنية التحتية
