The key message found in the stories, entertainment, and activities at the 4th annual Response to Bullying kickoff event will be “Each of us can make a difference,” at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, 15801 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn.
