MARCH MADNESS  IS COMING TO MCDONALD SCHOOL. FOLLOW OUR SPELLING BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT.

CONGRATULATIONS TO MRS. WAGNER'S 4TH GRADE CLASS (DAVIDSON) AS THEY DEFEATED MRS. BRIDGEMAN'S (WEST VIRGINIA)  2ND GRADERS IN OUR 2008 SPELLING BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT 100-96!

McDonald Elementary School again made AYP for the State of Michigan, and received  accreditation from NCA!

Congratulations to Miss Bathish and all the students she inspired to offer their hair  to LOCKS OF LOVE

at a school assembly

Remember to bring your cans of food for the McDonald School food drive to help the Homeless.

Mr. Seitz's bake Sale raised $300.17 for the Detroit Rescue Mission!  All students did their OWN baking and selling!

            MCDONALD SCHOOL PROVIDED 600 CANS OF FOOD TO THE SALVATION ARMY.        Our condolences are extended to Ms. Alia Hammoud on the unexpected loss of her                 father, January 16th.

             OUR CONDOLENCES  EXTEND TO MR. RICHRD PERRI ON THE DEATH OF HIS WIFE, SYLVIA PERRI,

             IN MINDEN, NV. BOTH WERE BELOVED FORMER MCDONALD TEACHERS.
